A lost gold bullion coin

I was once given a present that was very special for me. I don"t want to go into details because I think they are too personal. It is enough to mention it was a present from somebody I cared for and the person is no longer alive. You might wonder what the gift actually was. Well, it was nothing big and nothing expensive, although some collectors might say it was valuable. It was a gold bullion coin. I was still a child when I lost it so I do not remember the details. I just know there was a face of a woman on the coin, a really beautiful one. She had long curly hair and looked proud. It was probably a Russian or Ukrainian coin which came from 1919. You already know I lost it. Well, this is how it happened. I used to take this coin everywhere with me. Once I went for a summer camp with a group of friends. We were playing on the beach and on the dunes one day. I was carrying my backpack with the gold bullion coin and other valuable things inside. The weather was beautiful, it was a sunny late afternoon. I took my backpack off to play tag with my friends. Well, I never found that backpack. I either got stolen or was covered up with sand. I cried a lot that day, not because I had lost money, not because I had lost my ID card, but because I would never see my gold bullion coin again.
